Each Rankade game is rebuilt here as a Game, with fresh Elo ratings calculated from your real match history.
Your Rankade rating system (ree) isn't the same as Elo, so we don't copy over a single number — we recalculate every player's rating from your actual match-by-match history, so it's accurate from day one.
Your API credentials are used only for the import and are never stored or logged.
We recommend regenerating your Rankade API secret after importing, so the key we used stops working immediately.
What doesn't come across: Rankade's own ratings, match notes and weights, and any match a Game here can't hold, such as one played against Rankade's bot. The import tool shows you exactly how many before anything is saved.
Rankade limits API calls per group, and only you can raise that limit, by upgrading your Rankade group. Each call reads 25 matches, and a free Rankade group can make 50 calls an hour, so one import brings in about 1,150 matches. The import tool tells you before it starts if your history needs more.
